Brief Biography: Vidya Balan born 1 January 1978 is an Indian actress. She has established a successful career in Bollywood and is the recipient of several awards, including a National Film Award, five Filmfare Awards, and five Screen Awards, and was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India in 2014.  Vidya is known for portraying strong female protagonists and has been acknowledged in the media for pioneering a change in the concept of a Hindi film heroine.

Deepika Padukone, (Kannada:ದೀಪಿಕ ಪಡುಕೋಣೆ,Hindi: दीपिका पादुकोने) (born 5 January 1986 in Mangalore, Karnataka) is an Indian model. She is the daughter of former badminton Champion Prakash Padukon.

Modelling Career
Deepika Padukone was born on 5th January 1986 in Mangalore, Karnataka. She has done her schooling in Bangalore. She has been modelling appearances in print and television advertising campaigns for Liril soap, Close-Up toothpaste and Limca, receiving many prestigious modelling offers, including brand ambassadorship of the Jewels of India, an annual jewellery exhibition. She hit the international scene when Maybelline made her their new international cover face.

At the fifth annual Kingfisher Fashion Awards, for Indian models and designers, she was awarded the title of Model of the Year. Shortly afterwards, she was chosen as one of the models for the Kingfisher Swimsuit Calendar for 2006, thus cementing her reputation as a supermodel. She also bagged two trophies at the Idea Zee F Awards in 2006 - Female Model of the year (Commercial Assignments) and Fresh Face of the year..e.

On screen appearances
Like many successful models before her Deepika is turning to acting in movies. She started by starring in the music video for Naam Hai Tera a song from the pop album Aap Ka Suroor, an independent album by popular singer-composer Himesh Reshammiya.

Deepika recently made her cinematic debut in a Kannada film, Aishwarya, directed by Indrajit Lankesh co-starring Upendra.[1]. The film has already been successful at the box-office, and Deepika has received rave reviews for her screen presence. Reportedly, she has also signed on two Hindi movies - Priyadarshan's forthcoming film, Pirate and Farah Khan's second directorial venture, Om Shanti Om.

Khan started out his career appearing in several television serials in the late 1980s. He made his film debut with the hit Deewana (1992), and has been part of numerous commercial successes, delivering a variety of critically acclaimed performances as well. During his career years, he has won six Filmfare Best Actor Awards, and has had significant box office success, with films like Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge (1995) and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), being some of Bollywood's biggest hits, while films like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001), Veer Zaara (2004) and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (2006) are the biggest Bollywood hits in the overseas market. Since then, Khan has established himself as one of the most prominent leading actors in Bollywood. Since 2000, he has branched out into film production and television presenting as well.

In September 2007, he found himself courting controversy after appearing in an advert for Fair and Handsome, a men's skin lightening cream available in India.

Kareena Kapoor (Hindi: करीना कपूर, born 21 September 1980) nicknamed "Bebo" is a four-time Filmfare Award-winning prominent Indian actress who appears in Bollywood movies.

Making her acting debut with J.P. Dutta's Refugee (2000), for which Kareena Kapoor won a Filmfare Best Debut Award. Kareena Kapoor had her first commercial success with her second release, Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai (2001). Her performance as a cosmetic beauty in Karan Johar's melodramatic Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001) was praised and the film turned out to be her biggest commercial success so far. After that, Kareena Kapoor starred in many films without much box office success. She was criticized for doing the same kind of roles in her films. As a result of this, she began taking on more serious and different roles.

Her portrayal of a sex-worker in Sudhir Mishra's Chameli (2004) proved to be the turning point in her career and won her the Filmfare Special Performance Award. Laara Dutta, bollywood actress was born on April 16, 1978, in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Lara Dutta's father is Wing Commander L.K. Lara Dutta's father (retired) and mother is Jennifer Dutta. Lara data also has 2 older sisters, one of whom serves in the Indian Air Force, and a well known younger sister. Famed composer and DJ Nitin Sawhney is all three sisters cousin. The Dutta family moved to Bangalore in 1981 where she completed high school from Frank Anthony Public School. Lara dutta graduated in economics with a minor in communications from Bombay University at Bangalore. She was crowned Miss Universe in 2000 which led to her appointment as a ULFA Goodwill Ambassador in 2001.
